PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1187 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Mackay Homes for a <br />variance to extend the moratorium granted <br />those properties approved under P.U.D. <br />prior to the adoption of Title II of the <br />Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton <br />for Tract 3375 overall Tentative and <br />Tracts 3280, 3281 and 3334, has come <br />before this Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a hearing <br />on this application and has examined perti- <br />nent documents, drawings and testimony. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission does <br />hereby adopt the following: <br />1. That the moratorium as defined in <br />Title II (Zoning and Deve,lopment)of the <br />Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton <br />be upheld for Tracts 3280, 3281 and 3334. <br />2.
