CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-314 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSULTANT AGREEMENTS WIT~ FOR <br /> DESIGN OF A SOUNDWALL ON HOPYARD ROAD BETWEEN BLACK <br /> AVENUE AND GOLDEN ROAD, CIP NO. 87-53 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Reimer Associates, regarding <br /> sound study and soundwall design for the soundwall on <br /> Hopyard Road between Black Avenue and Golden Road, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Council approves the agreement between the <br /> City of Pleasanton and Merrill, Seeley, Mullen, <br /> Sandefur, Inc. for geotechnical services for the Hopyard <br /> soundwall between Black Avenue and Golden Road, a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br /> this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreements. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 21, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler ~~~~j~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> K MERCER, MAYOR <br /> <br />ByDoris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> ROVED AS TO FORM <br /> <br /> , , <br /> Peter D.'~acDonald, City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
