CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-313 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH MPA DESIGN FOR <br /> PREPARATION OF CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS FOR MISSION HILLS <br /> PARK, PHASE II, PROJECT NO. 86-42B <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and MPA Design, regarding <br /> preparation of construction documents for Mission Hills <br /> Park, Phase II, Project No. 86-42b, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 2]., 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler <br />ABSTAIN: None //~ <br />ATTEST: <br /> K~N~ETH R.
