PLAPdNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1191 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton recommending to the City <br />Council the modification of Zone Change <br />Application No. 72-4, from the A (Agricultural) <br />District to the S (Study) District, that pro- <br />perty described as Parcel 2-2, Block 3295, <br />of Alameda County Map Book 946 containing more <br />or less .95 acres; said property generally <br />located immediately north of the Western Sierra <br />property and fronting on Santa Rita Road. <br />WHEREAS, the application of William Struthers for <br />approval to rezone from the A (Agricultural) <br />District to the O (Office) District that <br />property generally located immediately north <br />of the Western Sierra property and fronting <br />on Santa Rita Road, has come before this <br />Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has held a public hearing on this application <br />and has examined pertinent maps, drawings and <br />documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton hereby recommends to <br />the City Council the modification of said <br />application from the A (Agricultural) District <br />to the S (Study) District; this directive also <br />recommends that all properties between and <br />including Western Sierra and E1 Rancho Motel <br />be included in the Study District not to <br />exceed a total of 60 days. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 25th day of July, 1972, by <br />the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners McLain, Pereira, <br />Wood and Vice Chairman Pons <br />Noes: <br />Absent: Chairman Carrigan <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />Date: July 25, 1972 <br />Attest: <br />l <br />i <br />~ ~ ~, l ~~._.--------_~ <br />Ric r o J. astro, Secretary Euge D.
