PLANNING COlBfISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1192 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton approving Z-72-92. <br />WHEREAS, the application of William A. Hirst for <br />Design Review approval to allow the con- <br />version of an existing residence into an <br />office use, said residence located in an <br />O (Office) District at 147 Bernal Avenue, <br />Pleasanton, has come before this Commission, <br />an d <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on <br />this application and has examined pertinent <br />maps, drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton hereby grants said <br />application subject to the following condi- <br />tions: <br />1. That the permit is granted for the pro- <br />perty as described in the application and <br />any attachments thereto. <br />2. That a 2X4 redwood header be installed <br />where landscaping abuts paving. <br />3. That the applicant provide bumper stops <br />at all parking spaces. <br />4. That any signing for said use must be <br />reviewed under separate application. <br />5. That the applicant be made aware that <br />this permit is temporary and shall expire <br />in five (5) years or at the completion of <br />the Civic Center, whichever comes first. <br />6. That the applicant adhere to the revised <br />elevations and architectural treatments as <br />shown on the submitted plans. <br />7. That the applicant agrees not to protest <br />the formation of a parking district for the <br />downtown area, when and if one is formed. <br />8. That the street numbers be posted so as <br />to be easily seen and read from: the street <br />at all times, both day and night. <br />9. That the existing curb, gutter and side- <br />walk be repaired as necessary to eliminate <br />hazards and to provide proper drainage. <br />
