CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-312 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR HANSEN <br /> PARK, PHASE III, PROJECT NO. 86-41, AND AUTHORIZING <br /> CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br />report (SR 87:315), advised the City Council that plans <br /> and specifications had been completed for Hansen Park, <br /> Phase III, Project No. 86-41, and that said plans have <br /> been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 21, 1987, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for Hansen <br /> Park, Phase III, Project No. 86-41. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above project. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 21, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler ~~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> mes R] Walker, ~ity Clerk ~Ja <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> ..... c ona , I~ YvAttor <br />Peter D.
