PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1193 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton approving the request <br />of Casa Verde Garden Center for renewal of <br />their Conditional Use Permit to continue <br />a garden nursery business at 5511 Sunol <br />Boulevard as a non-conforming use in an <br />I-P (Industrial Park) District. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Casa Verde Garden Center <br />for renewal of their Conditional Use Permit <br />to continue a garden nursery business at <br />5511 Sunol Boulevard as a non-conforming <br />use in an I-P (Industrial Park) District <br />has come before this Commission, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of the <br />City of Pleasanton has held a hearing on <br />this application and has examined pertinent <br />testimony and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton hereby grants said appli- <br />cation subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the exterior lighting of the side <br />of the structure be intensified as per the <br />direction of the Police Department and <br />part of this extension becoming effective. <br />2. That the front landscaping be installed <br />as originally approved and reviewed by this <br />department prior to this extension becoming <br />effective. <br />3. That all storage and stacking materials <br />be removed from the front planters and <br />parking area prior to this extension becoming <br />effective. <br />4. That the applicant adhere to the newly <br />adopted sign ordinance policy prior to this <br />extension becoming effective. <br />5. That this Conditional Use Permit shall <br />be granted an extension to run with the <br />applicant or be valid for a period of five <br />years, said extension shall begin October 8, <br />1973 and end October 8, 1978. <br />6. That all other previous conditions and <br />agreements of this Conditional Use Permit, <br />except for the time period, shall remain <br />in effect. <br />
