PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1194 <br />A resolution of intent of the Planning <br />Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />suggesting an amendment to the Ordinance <br />Codes of the City of Pleasanton to allow <br />Office uses to be conditional in the I-P <br />(Industrial Park) District. <br />the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has passed a resolution of <br />intent to review said Ordinance Codes to <br />show that Office uses are to be conditional <br />in the I-P (Industrial Park) District, and <br />EREAS, the Planning Commission does hereby intend <br />to hold a public hearing for the purpose <br />of amending the Ordinance Codes of the City <br />of Pleasanton, regarding said use. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton hereby passes a <br />resolution of intent to hold a public hear- <br />ing to consider placing Office uses within <br />the I-P (Industrial Park) District, under <br />a conditional use permit. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 25th day of July, 1972, <br />by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners McLain, Pereira, <br />Wood and Vice Chairman Pons <br />Noes: <br />Absent: Chairman Carrigan <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />Dated: July 25, 1972 <br />est: <br /> <br /> <br />Secretary Eugen~JD.
