PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1195 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton approving the <br />extension of the conditional use permit <br />granted to Norma Hellinga to conduct a <br />day care center at her place of residence <br />at 7637 Driftwood Way, Pleasanton. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Normal Hellinga for <br />renewal of her conditional use permit to <br />conduct a day care center for five pre- <br />school children between the hours of <br />8:00 A.M. and 6:OU P.M., in an R-1 District, <br />subject to the standards as defined under <br />"Home Occupations" as noted in the Ordin- <br />ance Codes of the City of Pleasanton has <br />come before this Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a Public Hearing on <br />this application and has examined pertinent <br />maps, drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton hereby grants said ex- <br />tension subject to the following conditions: <br />1. T:iat the applicant is subject to the <br />standards as defined under Article 19, <br />"Home Occupations" of Zoning Ordinance <br />No. 520. <br />2.
