PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1197 <br />A resolution of the Planning Co®aission of the City <br />of Pleasanton recommending to the City Council the <br />modification of Study Area E. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has held a public hearing to consider the possible <br />lifting of the Study District designation for those <br />properties fronting Black Avenue and the P.U.D. <br />zoned property on the Del Valle Parkway as noted on <br />the exhibit for Study Area E, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has reviewed pertinent reports, maps, documents and <br />testimony. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton hereby recommends to the City <br />Council the lifting of the Study District for those <br />parcels fronting on Black Avenue and reverting said <br />properties back to the RM-2500 (Multi-Family Residential) <br />District; further, that the P.U.D. zoned property <br />located between the Del Valle Parkway and the Arroyo <br />del Valle remain in the Study District fora period <br />not to exceed 60 days, said properties located within <br />Study Area E. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 8th day of August, 1972, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: <br />Date: August 8, 1972 <br />R ardo J.
