PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Plea Banton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1198 <br />A resolution of intention of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton to initiate rezoning procedures <br />for those properties classified under Study District <br />Area F. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has <br /> held a public hearing on this matter to consider the <br /> possible lifting of the Study District designation for <br /> those properties located immediately south of Vineyard <br /> Avenue and the commercial area fronting Pico Avenue, <br /> and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Coomission of the City of Pleasanton has <br /> considered pertinent reports, maps, documents and <br /> testimony. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City <br /> of Pleasanton hereby adopts a resolution of intention <br /> to initiate rezoning procedures to reclassify those <br /> properties zoned C-F, RM-1500 and RM-4000 lying imme- <br /> diately south of Vineyard Avenue to the R-1-6500 <br /> (Single Family) District, and to reclassify the <br /> neighborhood shopping center site fronting on Pico <br /> Avenue consisting of 14 acres more or Leas, to approxi- <br /> mately 10 acres of C-N (Commercial Neighborhood), with <br /> the remaining 4.03 acres to be designated as a PUD <br /> Multiple development (RM-2500;denaity), said properties <br /> previously designated under Study District Area F. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br /> on the 8th day of August, 1972, by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Commissioners McLein, Pereira, <br /> Wood and Vice Chairman Pona <br /> Noes: <br /> Absent: Chairman Carrigan <br /> Abstain: <br /> Attest: Secretary Castro <br />Date: August 8, 1972 <br /> <br />Atte ~~ ~~ <br /> <br />Ric rdo J.
