PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1199 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton approving the <br />landscaping plan and fence detail sub- <br />mitted by Gilbert Labrucherie. <br />the application of Gilbert Labrucherie <br />for approval of the landscaping plan <br />and fence detail for the swimming pool <br />to be located in the front yard of his <br />place of residence at 4512 Mirador Drive, <br />Pleasanton, has come before this Commis- <br />sion, and, <br />, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a hearing on this <br />matter and has examined pertinent drawings <br />and testimony. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton hereby grants approval <br />to the landscaping plan and fence detail <br />submitted for the swimming pool to be <br />located in the front yard at 4512 Mirador <br />Drive, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That all conditions imposed by the <br />Board of Adjustment still apply. <br />2. That the fence height meets the require- <br />ments of the "Swimming Pool Ordinance". <br />3. All plantings as shown on the submitted <br />plan be adhered to. <br />4. That no pool equipment, accessories, etc. <br />or equipment associated with the pool shall <br />be allowed to protrude above the level of <br />the fence. <br />5. That the landscaping and fence be com- <br />pleted and inspected to the staff's satis-~ <br />faction prior to water being placed in the <br />pool. <br />6. That there be no encroachment of the <br />fence into the required side yard setback <br />next to the garage. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 8th day of August, 1972, <br />by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners McLain, Pereira, <br />Wood and Vice Chairman Pons <br />Noes: <br />Absent: Chairman Garrigan <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />Dated: Aug -8, <br />c::~T ; -, <br />~c~' <br />Ric rdo J.
