PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1200 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton approving RZ-72-6. <br />the application of Art Hilliker to rezone <br />from the A (Agricultural) District to the <br />I-G (General Industrial) District that <br />property fronting Oakland Avenue immediately <br />north and adjacent to the J. A. Jenks Co. <br />property, containing 1.45 acres, more or <br />less, Pleasanton, has come before this <br />Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on <br />this application and has examined pertinent <br />maps, drawings and documents, and finds <br />that the following conditions do exist. <br />1. That the proposed amendment will not be <br />contrary to the spirit and intent of the <br />General Plan. <br />2. That the proposed amendment is in the <br />public interest and general welfare. <br />3.
