PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1201 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton approving RZ-72-7. <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton for an amendment to Title II of <br />the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton <br />relative to making office uses, other than medical <br />or dental offices, conditionally permitted in the <br />Light Industrial, Industrial Park and General <br />Industrial Districts, has come before this Commission, <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has <br />held a public hearing on this application and has <br />examined pertinent testimony. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Co®mission of the <br />City of Pleasanton hereby approves RZ-72-7 to amend <br />Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of <br />Pleasanton to indicate that Office uses - except for <br />medical and dental offices - be conditionally permitted <br />in the I-P (Industrial Park), L-I (Light Industrial) <br />and I-G (General Industrial) Districts. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 22nd day of August, 1972, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: <br />Commissioners Pereira, Pons, Wood <br />and Chairman Garrigan <br />Con®issioner McLain <br />Secretary Castro <br />i <br />~% ' <br />/' <br />Howard T.
