PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1204 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton approving RZ-72-10. <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Planning Commission for an <br />amendment to Title II, Article 2, Section 2-6.38 <br />of the Ordinance Codes of the City of Pleasanton <br />to permit the use of a barbershop as a conditiona <br />use in the O (Office) District, has come before <br />this Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has held a Public Hearing on this application and <br />has examined pertinent testimony and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton does hereby recommend <br />amendment of Title II, Article 2, Section 2-6.38 <br />of the Ordinance Codes of the City of Pleasanton <br />to permit the use of a barbershop as a condition <br />use in the 0 (Office) District. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 26th day of September, 1972, <br />by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners McLain, Pons and <br />Chairman Carrigan <br />Noes: <br />Absent: Commissioners Pereira and Wood <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />Date: September 26, 1972 <br />Attest: <br />Ricardo J. tro, Secretary Howard T.
