PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1208 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton denying UP-72-5. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Citizens Savings and Loan <br />Association fora Conditional Use Permit to allow <br />a savings and loan institution to locate in a <br />C-N (Commercial Neighborhood) District, on the <br />southeast corner of Hopyard Road and Valley Avenue, <br />commonly known as the Alpha Beta Shopping Center, <br />has come before this Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has held a public hearing on this application and <br />has examined pertinent maps, drawings and documents <br />and finds the following to be evident: <br />1.
