PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1210 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton recommending an <br />amendment to the Ordinance Codes of the <br />City of Pleasanton. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered a <br />possible amendment to the Ordinance Codes <br />of the City of Pleasanton to allow pets <br />other than dogs and cats in a single-family <br />home, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a hearing on this matter <br />and has examined pertinent testimony. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton does hereby recommend <br />an amendment to the Ordinance Codes as <br />follows: <br />Section 2-6.14 of Article 5, Chapter 2, of <br />Title II, relating to conditional uses in <br />an R-1 (one family residential) District <br />is hereby amended by the addition thereto <br />of subsection (k), said subsection as <br />added to provide as follows: <br />2-6.14 Conditional Uses. The following <br />conditional uses shall be permitted <br />upon the granting of a use permit in <br />accord with the provisions of Article <br />25 (Conditional Uses): <br />k.
