PLANNING COMMISSION Pleasanton, California RESOLUTION N0. 1211 A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton recommending to the City Council the reclassification of that portion of Study District Area F, generally located on Vineyard Avenue or along the extension of Tawny Drive as noted on the approved Tentative Map. WHEREAS, the application of the Planning Commission to remove from the Study District and re- classify to the R-6500 (Single Family) District, those properties consisting of 9 acres more or less and as noted under Study District Area F has come before this Commission, and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commissionublichhearing on Pleasanton has held a p this application and has examined pertinent following conditionsoto betevidentinds the 1. That the proposed rezoning will not be contrary to the spirit and intent of the General Plan. 2. That the proposed rezoning is in the public interest and general welfare. 3. That the proposed rezoning creates a more equitable condition for the community than now prevails. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plannina Commission of the City of Pleasanton does hereby recommend to City Council that the C-F (Commercial Freeway property containing 5 acres more or roserties the RN!-1500 and RM-4000 (Multiple) p p containing 4 acres more or less; said pro- perties generally fronting on Vineyard Avenue or along the extension of Tawny Drive as noted on the approved Tentative Map, be rezoned to the R-1-6500 (Single Family) Dis- trict.
