PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1211 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton recommending to the <br />City Council the reclassification of that <br />portion of Study District Area F, generally <br />located on Vineyard Avenue or along the <br />extension of Tawny Drive as noted on the <br />approved Tentative Map. <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Planning Commission <br />to remove from the Study District and re- <br />classify to the R-6500 (Single Family) <br />District, those properties consisting of <br />9 acres more or less and as noted under <br />Study District Area F has come before this <br />Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commissionublichhearing on <br />Pleasanton has held a p <br />this application and has examined pertinent <br />following conditionsoto betevidentinds the <br />1. That the proposed rezoning will not be <br />contrary to the spirit and intent of the <br />General Plan. <br />2. That the proposed rezoning is in the <br />public interest and general welfare. <br />3. That the proposed rezoning creates a <br />more equitable condition for the community <br />than now prevails. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plannina Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton does hereby recommend to <br />City Council that the C-F (Commercial Freeway <br />property containing 5 acres more or roserties <br />the RN!-1500 and RM-4000 (Multiple) p p <br />containing 4 acres more or less; said pro- <br />perties generally fronting on Vineyard Avenue <br />or along the extension of Tawny Drive as <br />noted on the approved Tentative Map, be <br />rezoned to the R-1-6500 (Single Family) Dis- <br />trict. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED bPleasantonnongthe114thlday oftNovember,f1972 <br />by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioner McLain and <br />Chairman Pons <br />Noes: Commissioner Wood <br />Absent: Commissioner Carrigan and Perei: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />DATED: November 14, 1972 <br />~~) <br />ATTEST: ~ , <br />~, <br />i ~' ~z i ` i <br />Eu ene D.
