PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1213 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton approving <br />V-72-50. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Arthur Hazarabedian <br />for a variance to Section 2-11.23, Sub- <br />section (b) of the Ordinance Code of the <br />City of Pleasanton to allow expansion of <br />the present veterinarian facilities by <br />adding approximately 1400 square feet of <br />additional floor area, said addition to take <br />place at the present place of business <br />located at 273 Spring Street, Pleasanton, <br />has come before this Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on <br />this application and has examined pertinent <br />maps, drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton hereby approves said <br />application subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the applicant shall meet the <br />City's design review requirements and. <br />procedures for the proposed addition. <br />2. That in the submittal of the design <br />review of plans, said plans shall include <br />more detailed landscaping, parking and <br />architectural plans. <br />3. That this application is still recognize <br />as primarily an out-patient clinic and that <br />overnight keeping of sick animals will be <br />allowed subject to the following provisions: <br />a. That the number of sick animals be <br />limited to a maximum of ten (10). <br />b. That the right to keep animals over- <br />night shall have an open end approval, <br />with a condition that a copy of the <br />report from the County's Health Inspecto <br />be submitted to the City for review and <br />approval, upon request of the City. <br />
