PLANNING COMMISSION Pleasanton, California RESOLUTION N0. 1213 A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton approving V-72-50. WHEREAS, the application of Arthur Hazarabedian for a variance to Section 2-11.23, Sub- section (b) of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton to allow expansion of the present veterinarian facilities by adding approximately 1400 square feet of additional floor area, said addition to take place at the present place of business located at 273 Spring Street, Pleasanton, has come before this Commission, and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has held a public hearing on this application and has examined pertinent maps, drawings and documents. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton hereby approves said application subject to the following conditions: 1. That the applicant shall meet the City's design review requirements and. procedures for the proposed addition. 2. That in the submittal of the design review of plans, said plans shall include more detailed landscaping, parking and architectural plans. 3. That this application is still recognize as primarily an out-patient clinic and that overnight keeping of sick animals will be allowed subject to the following provisions: a. That the number of sick animals be limited to a maximum of ten (10). b. That the right to keep animals over- night shall have an open end approval, with a condition that a copy of the report from the County's Health Inspecto be submitted to the City for review and approval, upon request of the City.
