PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1215 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton approving UP-72-7. <br />the application of Norm Reid for a Con- <br />ditional Use Permit to allow the operation <br />of a barbershop to be located at 164 Main <br />Street, Suite B, Pleasanton, California, <br />said property currently zoned in the Com- <br />mercial Office District, has come before <br />this Commission, and, <br />the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on <br />this application and has examined perti- <br />nent maps, drawings and documents. <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton hereby grants said ap- <br />plication subject to the following con- <br />ditions: <br />1. That the permit shall become effective <br />after certification of the Ordinance <br />Amendment. <br />2. That the applicant shall provide a <br />parking stall for each barber chair plus <br />parking for each employee on the premises. <br />3.
