If one assumed worst case as has been proposed by some of the neighbors in opposition to the Home Depot project, then one could increase the police officer to .75 or 3/4 of a full-time police officer and .75 or'/4 of a full time code enforcement officer and leave the street maintenance cost at .35 of a full time employee. By doing this the cost estimate increases to approximately $190,000 as calculated in the average cost assumption above.
