PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1217 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton approving Z-72-130. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Federal Sign Corporation <br />for sign approval for a 4X6 ft. single- <br />faced sign to be placed on the front of <br />the building facing First Street and a <br />3X5 ft. single-faced sign to be placed on <br />the side of the building facing the parking <br />lot, said signs to be mounted under the <br />roof overhang at 4363 First Street, Pleasanton <br />has come before this Commission, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on <br />this application and has examined pertinent <br />maps, drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the <br />City o£ Pleasanton hereby approves said <br />application subject to the following <br />condition: <br />1.
