PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1218 <br />A resolution of intention of the City of <br />Pleasanton to amend Title II, Chapter 2, <br />Articles 7 and 8 of the Ordinance Codes of <br />the City of Pleasanton. <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Planning Commission to <br />pass a resolution of intention to hold a public <br />hearing to amend said Ordinance Codes of the <br />City of Pleasanton, has came before this <br />Conm<ission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton does hereby pass a resolution of <br />intention to hold a public hearing for the <br />purpose of amending Title II, Chapter 2, <br />Article 8, Subsection 2-7.OSa and Article 7, <br />Subsection 2-6.37 of the Ordinance Codes of <br />the City of Pleasanton to delete from the C-N <br />District, banks and savings and loan offices <br />now permitted under a conditional use permit; <br />further, to delete financial institutions, <br />including banks, savings and loan associations, <br />finance companies, credit unions and related <br />services from the permitted uses category <br />within the Office District. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 28th day of November, 1972, by the <br />following vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: <br />Commissioners Carrigan, McLain, <br />Pereira, Wood and Chairman Pons <br />Secretary Castro <br />Date: November 28, 1972 <br />Attest:' / <br />J.
