Table 4 details the <br />trip generation estimate for the project. <br />Since the project would contain multiple retail uses and a fast food restaurant, it was assumed <br />that some portion of the trips for the retail and fast food restaurant would be from the same <br />vehicles. Procedures outlined in the ITE Trip Generation Handbook were used to determine the <br />internal capture of trips between the various land use types. An overall internal capture of 16°% <br />and 41 % was calculated for the AM and PM peak hours, respectively.
