CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-307 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUBSTITUTION OF <br /> TRUSTEE AND DEED OF RECONVEYANCE (SALE OF ARC RESEARCH <br /> DRIVE PROPERTY) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in November, 1978 the Cities of Livermore and Pleasanton <br /> allocated Housing and Community Development funds to <br /> Alameda County Association for the Mentally Retarded <br /> (ARC) to purchase 2055 Research Drive for a workshop; <br /> and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in order to close escrow on the sale of the property, <br /> both cities must authorize the sale; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the sale of property at 2055 Research Drive <br /> and authorizes the Mayor to execute all documents <br /> necessary to convey this property. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 21, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Butler NN/ETH/R.
