iii. Saturdays and Sundays -None <br />Loading and/or unloading of vehicles of any type delivering materials <br />or goods shall be allowed only as follows: <br />i. Mondays through Thursdays - 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. <br />ii. Fridays - 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. <br />iii. Saturdays and Sundays -None <br />All delivery trucks shall use only the easternmost Stanley Boulevard driveway, <br />shall use the 105-foot diameter truck turn-around provided at southeast area <br />of the site, and shall exit the site at Stanley Boulevard. City Code <br />Enforcement and/or Police Department staff shall work together as necessary <br />to achieve compliance with this condition. <br />The haul route for all construction equipment and materials to/from this <br />development shall be via State Route 84 to Stanley Boulevard and shall be <br />subject to approval by the City Engineer prior to the issuance of an <br />encroachment permit. No construction traffic of any type may use Valley <br />Avenue or Bernal Avenue south of Nevada Court for any reason. <br />Construction trucks or vehicles shall enter the site, make deliveries of <br />construction equipment or material, or load/off-load construction equipment or <br />materials only as follows: <br />i. Mondays through Thursdays - 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. <br />to 10:00 p.m. <br />ii Fridays - 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. <br />iii Saturdays and Sundays -None <br />Enforcement of this condition shall be as stated in Condition No. 4 of PUD-81- <br />25-7M. City Code Enforcement and/or Police Department staff shall work <br />together as necessary to achieve compliance with this condition. <br />g. Lumber Off-Loading: <br />Lumber off-loading shall occur along the rear service area near the <br />northwest corner of the building. <br />h. Garden Center: <br />Garden Center deliveries shall be received in the service area along the <br />southwest corner loading area at the garden center only. <br />i. Pallets and Cardboard: <br />Pallets shall be collected and stored in an enclosure designated for the <br />temporary storage of empty pallets located in the service area. Cardboard <br />boxes shall be baled and hauled offsite to a recycling facility. <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />
