PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1228 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton recommending to the City Council <br />the adoption of RZ-73-4. <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Planning Commission for an <br />amendment to Sec. 2-5.47 (f) of Article 3, Chapter 2, <br />Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of <br />Pleasanton, has come before this Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has held a public hearing on this application and <br />has examined pertinent maps, drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton does hereby recommend to City Council <br />the adoption of RZ-73-4. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 27th day of February, 1973, by the following <br />vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: <br />Commissioners Carrigan, McLain, <br />Wood and Chairman Pons <br />Commissioner Pereira <br />Acting Secretary Harris <br />Date: February 27, 1973 <br />Attest: <br />Robert J.
