PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1241 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton extending the permit <br />for Z-70-84. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Arrow Rental Center to <br />allow the continuation of an equipment rent a= <br />business and to allow a portion of the Arrow <br />Rental building to be used for a lawnmower <br />sharpening and sales business at 4301 Valley <br />Avenue, Pleasanton has come before this <br />Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on this <br />application and has examined pertinent maps, <br />drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton hereby approves said <br />request subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That use of the subject site for an <br />equipment rental and lawnmower repair and <br />sales business be for one (1) year or until <br />the Arrow Rental building is removed, which- <br />ever occurs first. <br />2. That all new signing for the property <br />be approved by the City. <br />3.
