CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-305 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT OF CONDEMNATION ACTION <br /> (CITY VS. FRUMENTI DEVELOPMENT) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 21, 1987, Council received the <br /> report of the Assistant City Attorney (SR 87:307) <br /> regarding settlement of the condemnation action for <br /> property on which to construct a portion of the <br /> Hopyard/I-580 interchange; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Authorizes settlement of the condemnation action of <br /> City vs. Frumenti Development Corporation, et al., <br /> Action No. Hl15840-7, and payment of the sum of $10,000. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute all documents <br /> necessary to implement the above settlement. <br /> <br /> Section 3: Accepts a grant deed for the subject property and the <br /> appropriate City officers are instructed to take <br /> whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br /> Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 21, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Butler K, EN/NET~HR.~ <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />/~ames R.
