9. That a cash bond (amount to be determined <br />by the Chief Building Inspector) be posted <br />with the City for the demolition and restor- <br />ation of the garage and the driveway which <br />will encroach two feet into the required <br />front yard setback; said garage to be used <br />as a sales office for the model home complex. <br />10. That an acceptable burglar alarm be <br />installed in the model homes. <br />11. That no flags, banners, pinwheels or <br />similar advertisement be utilized. <br />12. That the model homes all have driveways <br />constructed on them. <br />13.
