PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1243 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton approving the re- <br />ferral from the Pleasanton School District <br />for their modular relocatable structure to <br />be located at their elementary school site <br />on Concord Street, Pleasanton. <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Pleasanton School <br />District for site design approval of an <br />approximately 8,000 sq. ft. modular relo- <br />catable structure on their elementary school <br />site on Concord Street, has come before this <br />Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a review on this referral <br />and has examined pertinent maps, drawings <br />and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton does hereby approve said <br />referral, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the parking area be redesigned to <br />accommodate two-way traffic or that "ENTRANCE <br />ONLY" and '°EXIT ONLY" signs be provided at <br />driveway openings. <br />2. That an encroachment permit be taken out <br />for the construction of the driveways and <br />utility laterals. <br />3. That all utilities necessary to serve <br />the site be constructed underground. <br />4. That a detailed site grading and drain- <br />age plan be submitted to and approved by the <br />City Engineer prior to the start of con- <br />struction. <br />5. That the driveway and parking lot be <br />graded at not less than 1~ slope for proper <br />drainage. <br />6. That the paving section be not less <br />than 2" A.C. over 5" A.D. <br />7. That street trees be provided and that <br />the specie of trees used be Celtis Sinensis <br />(Chinese Hackberry) planted approximately <br />65 ft. apart. <br />8. That a boundary and topographic survey <br />of the site be submitted to and approved <br />by the City Engineer prior to start of <br />construction. <br />
