Where property, although zoned for <br />residential use, has not yet devel- <br />oped pursuant to that zoning and, <br />thus, a great deal of open acreage <br />still remains and is used for the <br />keeping of horses and other animals <br />included in the Agricultural Distri <br />such usage becoming non-conforming <br />as a result of the change in zoning <br />c.
