PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1258 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton recommending <br />to the City Council the approval of <br />P.U.D.-73-1. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has considered P.U.D. Amendment <br />73-1, filed by Pico Investors, Inc, to <br />rezone from the O (Office) District to <br />the P.U.D. (Planned Unit Development) <br />District, that property described as <br />Book 946, Page 2549, Parcels 1, 2 and 3, <br />said property more precisely located <br />south of Palomino Drive, between Concord <br />Avenue and Pico Avenue, containing 2.06 <br />acres, more or less, Pleasanton, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on <br />this matter, and has examined pertinent <br />maps, drawings and documents, and has <br />made the following findings: <br />1. That proposed amendment will not be <br />contrary to the spirit and intent of <br />the General Plan. <br />2. That the proposed amendment is in <br />the public interest and general welfare. <br />3. That the proposed amendment creates <br />a more equitable condition for the com- <br />munity that now prevails. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton does hereby recom- <br />mend to the City Council the approval of <br />2.06 acres noted in P.U.D.-73-1, subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That the driveway located closest to <br />the intersection of Concord Street and <br />Palomino Drive be restudied and revised <br />to provide for a better circulation pattern, <br />said revision to be worked out between the <br />the applicant and the City's Staff Review <br />Committee . <br />
