CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-303 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT WITH MIKE E. AND SUSAN <br /> FROST AND AMADOR VALLEY JOINT UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 21, 1987, Council reviewed the <br /> report of the Assistant City Attorney (SR 87:305) <br /> regarding settlement of condemnation actions in <br /> conjunction with the Sycamore Reservoir site; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Authorizes settlement of the condemnation action <br /> against Mike E. Frost and Susan Frost and approves <br /> payment of $11,320.00 for acquisition of the necessary <br /> property. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes settlement of the condemnation action <br /> against Amador Valley Joint Union High School District <br /> of Alameda and Contra Costa County and approves payment <br /> of $1,460.00 for acquisition of the necessary property. <br /> <br />Section 3: The easements from Mike E. Frost and Susan Frost to <br /> the City of Pleasanton and from Amador Valley Joint <br /> Union High School District of Alameda and Contra Costa <br /> County to the City of Pleasanton are hereby accepted and <br /> the appropriate City officers are instructed to take <br /> whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 21, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler ~~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> KENN~ET~ ~.
