PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 1274 <br /> A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of <br /> Pleasanton recommending to the City Council for the <br /> approval of the revised master plan for Amador Park. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has <br /> reviewed the requested revisions consisting of con- <br /> struction of an approximately 3,000 square feet cultural <br /> arts building,. construction of a 2,160 square feet <br /> interim youth center, which will temporarily replace <br /> the youth center shown on the existing master plan, and <br /> reduction in parking facilities for approximately <br /> 47 automobiles, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has <br /> held a hearing on this matter and has reviewed pertinent <br /> maps, documents and testimony. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City <br /> of Pleasanton approves said revisions as presented and <br /> as noted on the plan submitted by the Parks & Landscape <br /> Design Division of the City. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Co®mission of the City of Pleasanton <br /> on the 9th day of January, 1974, by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Commissioners Carrigan, McLain, <br /> Pons, Wood and Chairman Pereira <br /> Noes: <br /> Absent: <br /> Abstain: <br /> Attest: Secretary Harris <br />Date: January 9, 1974 <br />Attest: <br />t'vR _~ '! ~ 1~,~,.. <br />r~~_:. ,~ <br />Robert J.
