PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1275 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission <br />recommending to the City Council the <br />approval of the Development Plan and <br />Revitalization Program for the Central <br />Business District of Pleasanton. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton did hear a presentation by the <br />City staff and Mr. William A. Hirst repre- <br />senting the Revitalization Committee, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on this <br />application and has examined pertinent <br />maps, drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton hereby endorses the <br />revitalization program for the C.B.D., with <br />the recommendations contained in the Imple- <br />mentation Procedures section of Develop- <br />ment Plan and Revitalization Program Report. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 13th day of February, <br />1974, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Garrigan, <br />McLain, Wood and <br />Chairman Pereira <br />Noes: <br />Absent: Commissioner Pons <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Harris <br />DATE: February 13, 1974 <br />ATTEST: <br />~~ ~ <br />~~~ '1 ', iT i'O~ L l~~ <br />Robed d.
