PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1276 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton, recommending to <br />the City Council the approval of the vaca- <br />tion of a portion of Ray Street. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton, in accordance with the require- <br />ments of Government Code Section 65402(a), <br />has determined that the vacation of a <br />portion of the Ray Street realignment will <br />be consistent with the General Plan, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton did hold a hearing on this <br />matter and has examined all pertinent <br />maps, drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton hereby finds that <br />the vacation of a portion of Ray Street <br />realignment is in accordance with the <br />circulation element of the General Plan. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 13th day of February, <br />1974, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Carrigan, <br /> McLain, Wood and <br /> Chairman Pereira <br />Noes: <br />Absent: Commissioner Pons <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Harris <br />DATE: February 13, 1974 <br />ATTEST: <br />Robert-c~. xarris, Secretary L.
