PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1277 <br />A resolution of intention of the Planning <br />Commission of the City of Pleasanton to <br />hold a public hearing to amend the Ordin- <br />ance Code of the City of Pleasanton. <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Planning Commission <br />for an amendment to Sec. 2-6.03(z), Article <br />4, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance <br />Code of the City of Pleasanton to amend <br />the Ordinance Code to add "wood sales yards <br />(unmilled)" as conditionally allowed in <br />the Agricultural District. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton does hereby adopt <br />a resolution of intention to hold a public <br />hearing to amend Sec. 2-6.03(z), Article 4, <br />Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code <br />of the City of Pleasanton to add to the <br />Agricultural District the following con- <br />ditional use: <br />"wood sales yards (unmilled)" <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 13th day of February, <br />1974, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: <br />DATE: February 13, 1974 <br />Commissioners Carrigan, McLain, <br />Wood and Chairman Pereira <br />commissioner Pons <br />Secretary Harris <br />ATTEST: <br />Robert J. 3 rris, Secretary <br />
