PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO, 1279 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton granting the <br />request of Bedford and Associates to <br />waive a parcel map. <br />WHEREAS, the request of Bedford and Associates for <br />a waiver of parcel map requirements for <br />their development on the west side of Hopyard <br />Road immediately north of the Arroyo Mocho, <br />Pleasanton, has come before this Commission, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a hearing <br />on this request and. has examined pertinent <br />maps, drawings and documents and has made <br />the following finding..: <br />a. The proposed land division complies with <br />the requirements of the Ordinance Code of <br />the City of Pleasanton, including but not <br />limited to those provisions relating to area, <br />improvement and design, flood and drainage <br />control, appropriate improved public roads, <br />sanitary disposal facilities, water supply <br />availability, environmental protection and <br />other applicable provisions of the State <br />Subdivision Map Act, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton, in accordance with <br />the provisions of City Council Ordinance No. <br />712, does hereby grant the request of Bedford <br />and Associates to waive the parcel map requir <br />ment for their property located on the west <br />side of Hopyard Road immediately north of <br />the Arroyo Mocho. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton, on the 13th day of February, <br />1974, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Carrigan, McLain, <br />Wood and Chairman Pereira <br />Noes: <br />Absent: Commissioner Pons <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Harris <br />DATE: February 13, 1974 <br />ATTEST: <br />~' <br />.., ~ ~ <br />~ r _ ~ .~ <br />Robert J-orris, Secretary L.
