PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1283 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton approving <br />UP-74-5. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Franklin Savings and <br />Loan Association to allow the operation <br />of a savings and loan office at 2883 <br />Hopyard Road, Pleasanton, within the <br />Alpha Beta Shopping Center complex, said <br />site located in the C-N (Commercial <br />Neighborhood) Zoning District, has come <br />before this Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on <br />this application and has examined pertinent <br />maps, drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton does hereby approve <br />said application subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That all signing for the subject pro- <br />perty be approved by the City. <br />2.
