PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1287 <br />A resolution of the Plannina Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton denying UP-74-6. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Valley Christian Center <br />for a Conditional Use Permit to establish <br />a nursery school for no more than forty-four <br />(44) children in a single family residence <br />located at 443 St. Marys Street, zoning for <br />the property being R-1-6500 (Single Family) <br />District has come before this Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on this <br />application and examined pertinent maps, <br />drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton does hereby deny said <br />application. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 10th day of April, 1974, <br />by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners McLain, Wood <br /> and Chairman Pereira <br />Noes: Commissioner Pons <br />Absent: Commissioner Carrigan <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Harris <br />DATED: April 10, 1974 <br />ATTEST: <br />1 <br />/j <br />r' <br />/ `'' ~i~(~2'~ <br />Rober Harris, Secretary L.
