PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1290 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton recommending to the <br />City Council the adoption of GPA-74-5. <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton for an amendment <br />to the General Plan of the City of Pleas- <br />anton for that area bounded by Stanley <br />Boulevard on the north, Main Street on <br />the west, the Arroyo del Valle on the south <br />and the City Limits on the east to show <br />service commercial as opposed to high <br />density residential land use, has come <br />before this Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on <br />this application and has examined pertinent <br />maps, drawings and documents, and has made <br />the following findings: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will be <br />in the public interest and general welfare. <br />2.
