PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1291 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton approving <br />Tentative Tract 3573 for conversion of <br />apartments to condominiums at 3375-3433 <br />Norton Way, Pleasanton. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Don L. Dormer for <br />Tentative Tract Map approval to allow <br />the conversion of two existing 18 unit <br />apartment buildings to condominiums, said <br />building located at 3375-3433 Norton Way, <br />zoning for the property being RM-1500 <br />(Multiple) District, has come before this <br />Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on <br />this application and has examined pertinent <br />maps, drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton hereby approves this <br />application subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That a fee in lieu of park plan dedi- <br />cation shall be paid to the City in accord- <br />ance with Ordinance No. 439 as amended. <br />2. That the conditions, covenants and <br />restrictions pertaining to the subject <br />property, including but not limited to <br />maintenance of open space, utility ease- <br />ments, description of air space, etc., <br />shall be reviewed by the City Attorney <br />and a final subdivision map shall not be <br />approved until these documents are found <br />to be satisfactory by that official. <br />3. That an easement system shall be pro- <br />vided to allow for pedestrian access between <br />dwelling units and common lot area. <br />4. That the methods of servicing utilities <br />be approved by all concerned utility compan- <br />ies prior to final subdivision map approval. <br />5. That an address directory and building <br />location map shall be provided in a suitable <br />enclosure and in an appropriate location <br />near the entrance of the property and shall <br />be approved by the Planning Director. <br />
