PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1297 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton recommending <br />to the City Council the adoption of <br />GP-74-6. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Ralph P. Juhl, D.D.S., <br />to amend the General Plan of the City of <br />Pleasanton from medium and high density <br />residential to professional and administra- <br />tive office that approximately 2.4 acre <br />parcel of land located immediately west <br />of Santa Rita Road and 340 feet south of <br />Black Avenue has come before this Commission, <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on <br />this application and has examined pertinent <br />maps, drawings and documents and has made <br />the following findings: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will not <br />be contrary to the spirit and intent of <br />the General Plan. <br />2. That the proposed amendment is in the <br />public interest and general welfare. <br />3. That the proposed amendment creates <br />a more equitable condition for the community <br />than now prevails. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of th <br />City of Pleasanton does hereby recommend <br />to the City Council the adoption of GP-74-6 <br />as petitioned. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 8th day of May, 1974 <br />by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Carrigan, <br />McLain, Pons, Wood and <br />Chairman Pereira <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Robert J.
