PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1298 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton recommending to <br />the City Council the approval of RZ-73-3. <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Ralph P. Juhl, D.D.S., <br />to rezone from the A (Agricultural) District <br />to the O (Office) District approximately 2.4 <br />acres of vacant land located at the southwest <br />corner of Black Avenue and Santa Rita Road in <br />Pleasanton, has come before this Commission, <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleas- <br />anton has held a public hearing on this <br />application and has examined pertinent maps, <br />drawings and documents, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planng Commission, at its meeting of <br />May 8, 1974, adopted Resolution No. 1297, <br />recommending that the General Plan be amended <br />to show the area now under consideration as <br />professional and administrative office. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commision of <br />the City of Pleasanton makes the finding <br />that this rezoning request is consistent <br />with the recommended amendment to the General <br />Plan of the City of Pleasanton, which has <br />been adopted by the City Council and recommen <br />to said City Council the adoption of RZ-73-3 <br />as petitioned. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 12th day of June, 1974 by <br />the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Garrigan, McLain, <br />Wood and Chairman Pereira <br />Noes: <br />Absent: Commissioner Pons <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Harris <br />Dated: June 12, 1974 <br />Attest: <br />Q n __ r <br />Ro e~ Harris, Secretary L.
