CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-295 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PLANNED <br /> UNIT DEVELOPMENT REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL <br /> FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A 12 UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX ON <br /> APPROXIMATELY 2.8 ACRES LOCATED AT 1045 DIVISION STREET <br /> (PUD-87-9) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 7, 1987, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for the <br /> application of Peregrine Development Company for planned <br /> unit development rezoning and development plan approval <br /> for construction of a 12 unit apartment complex, to be <br /> located on an approximately 2.8 acre site located at <br /> 1045 Division Street (PUD-87-9); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated March 13, 1987 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and <br /> development plan would not have any significant adverse <br /> effects on the environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application <br /> of Peregrine Development Company for planned unit <br /> development rezoning and development plan approval for <br /> construction of a 12 unit apartment complex, to be <br /> located on an approximately 2.8 acre site located at <br /> 1045 Division Street (PUD-87-9). <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
