Section III questions: Sycamore Landscaping Corporation was established in 1994. Principals are: Steve Kwasnicki, Doreen Kwasnicki, Scott Giessman and Holley Giessman. Licenses the company holds are as follows: C27 contractors license, QAL, PCA, Silver Cards, Backflow testing License, Arborist certificate, Golf Course Superintendents Aand B. Turf science degree from Cal Poly and Horticultural certificates. For a listing of current contracts, please see attachments. Sycamore Landscaping does not have any conflicts of interest in regards to this contract. Since 1994 Sycamore Landscaping and its principals have secured a niche market in spraying and weed control. Steve learned this craft while working for Chemlawn when they were owned by Ecolab. We have QAL, PCA and silver card licenses for spraying. We have run many spray contracts including weed control for the city of San Leandro; we are the current weed control contractor for the City of Pleasanton. We perform weed control for the City of Tracy, City of Danville, City of Pleasanton, and City of Orinda. We are well qualified, trained, licensed, insured and conscientious.
