CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-294 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DENYING WITHOUT PREJUDICE THE APPLICATION OF <br /> B-W CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AND FIRST INTERSTATE BANK FOR <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 28-UNIT TOWNHOUSE <br /> COMPLEX ON 2.4 ACRE8 LOCATED AT 553 ST. JOHN STREET <br /> (PUD-87-6) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, B-W Construction Company and First Interstate Bank <br />applied for development plan approval for construction <br />of a 28-unit residential townhouse complex, to be <br />located on an approximately 2.4 acre site, located at <br />553 St. John Street (PUD-87-6); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br /> declaration was adopted by Council on July 7, 1987; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation for approval of the development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on July 7, 1987; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a series of 2-2 votes, the Council decided to <br /> allow the developer to come back with the same plan <br /> before a full Council within the next year and voted to <br /> deny the application without prejudice; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Denies without prejudice the application of B-W <br /> Construction Company and First Interstate Bank for <br /> development plan approval for construction of a 28-unit <br /> residential townhouse complex, to be located on an <br /> approximately 2.4 acre site, located at 553 St. John <br /> Street (PUD-87-6). <br /> <br /> <br />
