CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-284 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. <br /> 85-1 REGARDING CONSTRUCTION DATES AND CONVERSION OF <br /> INDIVIDUAL RESIDENCES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 12, 1985, Council adopted <br /> Resolution No. 85-76 establishing Underground Utility <br /> District No. 85-1; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, due to time constraints, Pacific Gas and Electric <br /> Company has requested rescheduling of the start of <br /> construction as set forth in Sections 3(5)(a) and (b); <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 7, 1987, Council received the <br /> report of the Director of Public Works and Utilities (SR <br /> 87:283) recommending a further amendment of Resolution <br /> No.85-76; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Council hereby amends "Exception 5.a" by changing the <br /> date from September 15, 1986 to September 15, 1987. <br /> <br />Section 2: Council hereby amends "Exception 5.b" by changing the <br /> date from December 31, 1986 to November 15, 1987. <br /> <br />Section 3: Directs staff to prepare the necessary plans and <br /> specifications for individual residence conversion and <br /> authorizes the calling of bids. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 7, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Butler ~E,T/H~R~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> K .
