CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 87-283 ACCEPTANCE OF QUITCLAIM DEED FOR SUBTERRANEAN WATER AND QUITCLAIM OF CITY RIGHTS OF SURFACE ENTRY FOR THE KOLL BUSINESS CENTER SITE WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a Quitclaim Deed from Bernal Avenue Associates to the City of Pleasanton for subterranean waters, without rights of surface entry, which is given in exchange for a Quitclaim Deed from the City of Pleasanton to Bernal Avenue Associates for surface entry rights and easements, if any, related to the extraction of water; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 7, 1987, the City Council received a report from the Director of Public Works and Utilities indicating that the exchange of these deeds is in the public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the Quitclaim Deed from the City of Pleasanton to Patrician Associates, Inc., a California corporation, and Koll Bernal Avenue Associates, a California General Partnership, as Tenants-in-Common as a Joint Venture under the name of Bernal Avenue Associates, for surface entry rights and easements, if any, related to the property described in the Quitclaim Deed, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. Section 2: Accepts a Quitclaim Deed from Patrician Associates, Inc., a California corporation, and Koll Bernal Avenue Associates, a California General Partnership, as Tenants-in-Common as a Joint Venture under the name of Bernal Avenue Associates,.to the City of Pleasanton for subterranean waters, without rights of surface entry for the property described in the Quitclaim Deed, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
